Aaron Eckenthal is an associate in the firm. His practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property law with a particular emphasis in the life sciences and biotechnological arts.
At the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Mr. Eckenthal received B.S. degrees in Genetics and Bacteriology. He participated in studies to understand the molecular basis of the aging process through gene expression profiling using "DNA-chips" and generation of transgenic and "knock-out" mice. He also participated in studies to understand the mechanisms underlying the pathophysiology of chronic pain in order to develop mechanistically-based analgesic treatments to prevent or abolish chronic pain and minimize or eliminate patient suffering.
Mr. Eckenthal is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and has an M.S. degree in Biology from Rutgers Graduate School – Newark. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and Pennsylvania State Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. |
