Greg Reilly is an associate with the firm. His practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent counseling and procurement. Mr. Reilly also handles a variety of trademark and litigation matters.

Mr. Reilly has expertise preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in a wide range of mechanical related fields, including medical devices and semiconductor processing. He also has experience prosecuting trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Reilly also has experience defending clients’ intellectual property during post-issuance proceedings, such as ex parte reexaminations. Additionally, Mr. Reilly has significant experience with patent studies and the preparation of patentability, infringement, and validity opinions.

While in law school, Mr. Reilly was a member of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental law. He authored an article, “The Territorial Limits of U.S. Patent Law – NTP, Inc. v. Research In Motion, Ltd.,418 F.3d 1282 (Fed. Cir. 2005)” (25 Temp. J. Sci. Tech. & Envtl. L. 121 (2006)), which analyzed the Federal Circuit’s decision in the prominent “BlackBerry case” and its impact on the territorial reach of U.S. patent laws.
