Ms. Li has expertise in a wide range of electrical, computer science and computer engineering disciplines. One of her specialties relates to patent issues in the telecommunications field. She obtained an M.S. in telecommunications from University College London and a B.S. in electronics from University of Central Lancashire, U.K. Prior to law school, she worked as a wireless network engineer for Lucent Technologies and T-Mobile. As a result, she has in-depth experience in network design, software development, network protocols, communications equipment and signal processing.

Ms. Li was born and lived in China. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
