Bill Di Bianca is an associate in the firm. His practice focuses on all
aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis on various patent related
matters in the mechanical and biomedical arts. In addition to his work
overseeing the IP portfolios of several of the firm's clients, his clients
include military defense, medical and small start-up companies where he
advises each on various patent, trademark and copyright issues.

Mr. Di Bianca's experience includes drafting and prosecuting U.S. and
foreign patent applications; as well as conducting patentability, infringement
and validity studies, and preparing opinions for the same. His practice also
includes advising clients in many phases of due diligence matters in
connection with the license or purchase of technologies and product lines.


Mr. Di Bianca draws on his experiences gained while studying abroad to
advise clients. While a student at Boston University, he studied for eight
months at Technische Universität Dresden in Dresden, Germany, taking
several substantive engineering courses at the University and learning and
analyzing the business of several high-technology German engineering
companies. While attending Franklin Pierce Law, he studied at Tsinghua
University in Beijing, China, taking courses in Chinese Intellectual Property
Law, World Trade and World IP Law, and Foreign Direct Investment in
China. He continues to study the developments of China's IP system in
order to effectively advise his clients regarding IP law in China.


He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and is registered to practice
before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
