Brian Tomkins is an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property including patent application and prosecution, and preparing patentability, infringement and patent validity studies, particularly in the biomedical device and chemical arts. Mr. Tomkins also has experience with various trademark and copyright matters. As a chemical engineer prior to law school, Mr. Tomkins gained experience in reverse osmosis water treatment and related energy recovery devices.
