Kevin M. Kocun is an associate in the firm.  His practice encompasses various patent related matters, including prosecution of patent applications in the mechanical arts with a concentration in biomedical and related technology.  He has handled various study matters relating to patentability, validity and infringement, including conducting searching for pertinent prior art references, review of uncovered references, and preparation of opinion letters setting forth positions with regard to same.

Mr. Kocun also has experience in various trademark matters ranging from the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications to the overseeing of both U.S. based and foreign trademark oppositions.
