Mayank Dixit, an associate, focuses his practice on patent licensing, patent litigation and patent prosecution in the area of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical devices, business methods, semiconductor processing and optics. Mr. Dixit has counseled clients in a variety of fields including computer hardware and software, printers, copiers, medical devices and optical connectors.
He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1999. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dixit was employed as an engineer at Bell Laboratories. During his tenure at Bell Laboratories, he was named inventor on four United States Patents. Mr. Dixit was formerly an associate at Shulte Roth and Zabel, LLP in New York. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and California bar associations, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. |
