Rabiya S. Kader is an associate with the firm. Ms. Kader's practice at Lerner David focuses on all aspects of intellectual property specializing in patent prosecution and opinions dealing with diverse technologies including medical devices and mechanical arts. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kader obtained industry experience at Johnson & Johnson as a mechanical engineer. Ms. Kader earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2003. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering.
