Erika J. Senska is an associate in the firm. Her broad intellectual property experience includes patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, right to use opinions and patent validity studies.

Ms. Senska is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and holds a Master's degree in biotechnology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in biology from Franklin & Marshall college.
