Harvey L. Cohen, of counsel, was born in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Cohen was patent counsel to Exxon Chemical Company and Himont Incorporated (now Basell) where he handled a broad range of intellectual property matters relating to the polymer and oil additive industries.
