Marcus J. Millet is a partner in the firm. His practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property with a particular emphasis on patent preparation, patent prosecution and patent portfolio management in the electrical, optical, computer, software and mechanical arts fields. He is experienced in domestic and foreign patent prosecution and related proceedings including domestic patent reexaminations and foreign patent oppositions. He also has experience in the intellectual property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Millet has extensive experience in the engineering field and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and is also a named inventor in several United States patents.
Mr. Millet is a frequent contributor to various intellectual property journal and trade publications.
