| Sidney David is a founding partner of Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP, and has practiced intellectual property law for more than 30 years. Today, his practice is concentrated in patents, trademarks, unfair competition, trade dress and trade secrets. His diverse experience spans fields such as consumer electronics, software and computer technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to beginning his distinguished career in private intellectual property practice, Mr. David spent nearly two years with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Since then, he and his clients have consistently remained at the leading edge of modern intellectual property development. His successful enforcement of patents paved the way for industry-wide licensing.
Mr. David holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and law degree from Penn State University and New York University Law School, respectively. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. |
