David Widomski is a Patent Agent in the firm. His practice encompasses various patent related matters, including the prosecution, litigation, and strategic development of patent applications in the mechanical arts with a concentration in medical devices and related technology.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Widomski worked as a Patent Agent at a prestigious law firm in New York City. There, Mr. Widomski gained experience in the prosecution of patents in the fields of Mechanical Systems, Electrical and Computer Systems, and Business Methods.
Before law school Mr. Widomski worked as a research and development engineer for a medical device company. Later in his career Mr. Widomski worked as an Intellectual Property Engineer overseeing, structuring, and strategically developing the patent portfolio for the company.
Mr. Widomski is expected to complete his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University Law School in December of 2008. Mr. Widomski is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
