Bill Di Bianca is an associate in the firm. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with an emphasis on various patent related matters in the mechanical and biomedical arts. His experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications; conducting patentability, infringement and validity studies, and preparing opinions for the same; as well as conducting due diligence studies.
Mr. Di Bianca draws on his experiences gained while studying abroad to advise clients. While a student at Boston University, he studied at Technische Universität Dresden in Dresden, Germany, and while attending Franklin Pierce Law, he studied at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, taking courses in Chinese Intellectual Property Law, World Trade and World IP Law, and Foreign Direct Investment in China.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
