Lerner David actively seeks qualified 2L candidates for our summer associate program. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in science or engineering. Law students interested in summer employment should submit a cover letter, undergraduate transcript, law school transcript, résumé and writing sample to Marianne Kinsella, Recruiting Coordinator.

Interview Process

Upon receiving your materials, we may invite you to visit the firm for an interview. You can expect to meet with several attorneys, partners and associates during the interview process. If you have a specific subject or question you would like to discuss, please advise Ms. Kinsella when scheduling your interview. Please bring extra copies of résumés, undergraduate and law school transcripts, as well as writing samples.
