The intellectual property law firm Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Alexander Walter as an associate of the firm.
Mr. Walter is active in all areas of intellectual property, with an emphasis on preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications. He also has experience in patent studies, validity and infringement analysis and opinions, client counseling, prior art searching and due diligence investigations. He focuses his practice in the field of electrical engineering, with a concentration in optics, electronics, wireless communication, telecommunications, data communications and software.
Mr. Walter has a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, a M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
