The intellectual property law firm Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Hander as an associate of the firm.
Mr. Hander practice focuses on patent litigation, where he has worked on cases involving a wide variety of technical fields as well some business methods. His litigation experience has included performing pre-suit infringement and validity analyses, drafting pleadings and motion papers, preparing detailed invalidity contentions and claim charts, developing claim constructions, reviewing and producing documents, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and reviewing proposed settlement agreements.
Mr. Hander has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.
