The intellectual property law firm Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of John J. Farrell and Roosevelt Segarra as associates of the firm.
John J. Farrell has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He joins us from Townsend & Townsend & Crew in Seattle, Washington, where he has been an associate since 2006. John's practice focuses on patent procurement and counseling clients on various aspects of intellectual property law.
Roosevelt Segarra has a B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from SUNY Albany and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. Roosevelt joins us from Ashida & Kimura of Tokyo, Japan. Roosevelt's practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property including domestic and international patent procurement, patent studies, validity and infringement analysis, due diligence investigations, and a variety of intellectual property litigation matters.
