The intellectual property law firm Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Diane Tso as an associate of the firm.

Ms. Tso is a highly-experienced patent attorney, with over a decade of experience including practicing as in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in private practice.  Her practice at Lerner David will focus on patent preparation and prosecution in the areas of biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. 

 

Prior to joining Lerner David, Ms. Tso was in private practice in Millburn, New Jersey during which time her practice included providing patent counsel to major multinational pharmaceutical and consumer product companies.

Ms. Tso’s extensive scientific training includes a B.A. with honors in Biology from Boston University, and a doctorate in Pathology and Toxicology from Duke University where her graduate studies focused on liver carcinogenesis, growth factors and signal transduction mechanisms.  Ms. Tso obtained her J.D. from Duke University School of Law

Ms. Tso is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of both New York and New Jersey Bar Associations. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
